Our iconic GEL-Kayano running shoe has been updated to provide even more lightweight stability and ultra-comfortable cushioning.
The GEL-Kayano 25 Wide combines not one, but two variations of ASICS FlyteFoam technology, enriched with organic super fibres that won't get compressed and lose their bounce over time. FlyteFoam Propel and FlyteFoam Lyte work in synergy to reduce impact and ensure you can keep on running however long you want to. The GEL technology cushioning system guarantees protection throughout the full range of movement of each step.
The smooth heel-to-toe ride of this shoe is also improved by the FluidRide midsole, which helps guide the foot through the natural movement of each step, while an exoskeletal heel counter provides added support for dealing with uneven terrain.
The FluidFit upper features an innovate stretch mesh material that moulds to fit your foot, giving a custom-fit feel. To make things even more comfortable, an orthotic sockliner supports the foot, manages moisture for optimal breathability, and offers improved rebound.
