Returns
Returning Your Purchase:
If you are not happy with your purchase, goods may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days, provided they are returned in the same new and unused condition in which they were received, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be applied within 14 days of goods being received back by us using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase (except in the case of Postal Orders, where we will refund you by Cheque).
In the even that we receive returned item(s) in a used or damaged condition we reserve the right to refuse the returned item(s) or at our discretion offer a partial refund. Partial refunds reflect and take into account the fact we can no longer sell the product(s) at the original purchase price due to the used condition. The item will have to be sold within our high street store as condition used/damaged at a reduced price.
Please note: Any costs associated with postage and packaging (including original shipping and packaging cost and the cost of returning the item to us) will not be reimbursed.
